We are exited to present a slate of new strong Scandinavian films and new talent at Gothenburg this year. Screening at the Nordic Event we introduce the Icelandic crime CRUELTY, along with Finnish action drama LAW OF THE LAND and Danish family drama WHILE WE LIVE.
For Work in Progress we bring you THE OUTLAWS - Norwegian western from director Henrik Martin Dahlsbakken ('Cave', 'Returning Home'). As well as the Danish drama A HORRIBLE WOMAN from Christian Tafdrup, the director behind the acclaimed drama 'Parents'.
Finally, screening as part of the festival we have Swedish-Sami drama SAMI BLOOD, Norwegian drama HUNTING FLIES, Danish documentary WHO WE WERE and Danish Youth drama IN THE BLOOD.
